Project Monitoring

Project Monitoring is a service contract which enables ductor´s clients to monitor management of their projects without interfering in their day to day management.

ductor continuously monitors the construction project as it progresses, supervising it through to completion in terms of costs, delivery times and qualities; and in addition monitoring any risks which could impact the project. In this way ductor obtains reliable information in real time on the progress of the project, and keeps the proprietor permanently up to date on developments, thus enabling them to take informed decisions rapidly.

Monitoring of the project is completed with a service that includes an analysis and recommendations to minimise the impact of any risks detected. Reports of certifications and approval of payments may also be included.

When it provides this service, ductor will draw up a Monitoring Plan defining the communications and information protocols used, along with the responsibilities and duties of those in charge of project monitoring.
